We work into the face, head, and neck using a blend of flowing, rhythmic massage techniques, lymphatic drainage, acupressure, and optional intra-oral (buccal) techniques.

Intraoral/ Buccal massage is an internal cheek massage that is highly effective in melting deep jaw tension. I use gloves to work gently on the masseter for a deeper release. Ideal for TMJ discomfort, clenching, and restoring ease to the face.
