It might be that you have a specific area of tension, are dealing with an injury, chronic or postural pain, or simply want space to relax.

I blend advanced massage techniques, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and neuromuscular techniques to create bespoke, intuitive treatments. After your massage, I’ll offer specific exercises you can practice at home, to compliment & enhance the benefits of treatment.
